| This may seem like a silly question, but I just want to make sure to do things right and make sure I don't mess anything up. Basically, I will have my car put back together and ready to hit road for a 250 mile road trip about 6 hours max before I have to leave for the drive. As with a all new clutches, my RPS one needs to be broken in with as it states, 250 miles of stop and go driving. Now I was wondering, do they say stop and go driving b/c they don't want you to be doing any long distance extended driving on it for the first 250 miles, or is it just b/c they don't want you to go out drag racing it ect right out of the box? Basically, what I am wondering is nweather or not I can just hit the road for 250 miles strait with no boosting right after installing the clutch and be fine, or should I go fill up the gas tank after I get my car together and go on a nice 6 hour stop and go drive to attempt to hit 250 miles before the road trip? What ever is considered best I will do. I figure that they just mean to not beat it up first and that driving on the highway is fine, but I want to make sure. Thanks in advance.
Thanks, Mike 1991 Black Twin Turbo NZR cause Zs aren't super cars, but still a cool quote..."I think supercars are truely worth it if you can afford it. They inspire us to dream, and to achieve our dreams and be happy." La-Z-Link ^^Hard engine break in method^^ La-Z-Link ^^My Myspace^^
